Hello, I’m Cassidy.
I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, with Honours, and over a decade of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. I provide virtual counselling in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in attachment theory. I believe our experiences shape how we understand ourselves, navigate emotions, and connect with others. Therapy offers a space to explore these patterns with compassion, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful change.
At Raise Counselling, therapy is person-centered, humanistic, and relational. My approach to individual counselling is trauma-informed and attachment-based, emphasizing relational repair, attachment wounds, emotional regulation, and adaptive coping. I support couples in enhancing intimacy, resolving conflict, and improving communication, and attachment repair using Emotion-Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method. I also work with parents addressing childhood anxiety, OCD, attachment disruptions, neurodivergence, and trauma, using SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) Therapy to reduce anxiety and strengthen parent-child relationships. I offer my counselling services in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.
